I just finished off framing and insulation of this basement in Burlington last time we posted. Onto drywall, taping-(drywall compound)and sanding. The remodelling of this basement is coming along nicely. I just finished the first coat of primer. I checked over the drywall to ensure there are no imperfections. A great renovation requires quality workmanship and this is literally from floors to walls to ceiling and everything in between!
The client is picking out his custom paint colours. He has chosen to do a stone accent wall which will look fantastic! Next on this home renovation is some floor levelling, laminate flooring and baseboards and casings. I will be installing a barn door for their custom walk in pantry along with custom shelving. This Burlington basement make over is well on its way. It’s exciting to see it develop and I enjoy working with my client’s ideas for their dream basement.
